To help give a little back to the people we owe so much to I will be running 100 km over the next month here in Switzerland. I'll do this over six or seven runs so that I might have enough time to recover in between. There is no better charity I can think of to help support. Last year my friends, colleagues and family were very supportive and we beat the fundraiing record we set - this year I hope to go one further. Give us a few quid!

Last time I did this I threw up, pulled a muscle, got cramp, swore I wouldn’t do it again, swore at the piper and a few other folk (sorrynotsorry😂). I’d imagine it will be pretty much the same this year just longer😳.
Personal challenge and a charity I support.
I've created this fundraising page to raise funds for Poppyscotland to make a difference and to mark my 25th year as a volunteer collector.
