I'm inspired by the work of Poppyscotland and I want to pay tribute and raise vital funds to help Poppyscotland continue supporting the Armed Forces community living in Scotland today.

They have helped me personally when I was really struggling mentally and they set me on a positive path with the assistance of Veterans 1st Point. It is due to the immediate action and assistance of Poppyscotland that I have managed to deal with some of my demons and became able to speak about my problems.
To mark my 60th birthday on Sunday 28th April, I would like to start the day on a positive note. I would like to give a little payback and raise some funds to help Poppyscotland carry on with the vital work that they do. I will be starting at 6am and walking out to The Korean War Memorial in the Bathgate hills to pay respect there and then heading back to Livingston, finishing at the War Memorial in the grounds of Livingston Village old parish Church.

Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Donate' button. The more people that know about Poppyscotland, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot! Douglas Crabbe
