I chose to run for Poppyscotland this year because I want to support the efforts they make for the members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their families. I think this is a great cause and I have been proud to wear a poppy in remembrance every year since primary school. I think its important to remember the sacrifices made on our behalf, not just in the World Wars, but continuing to this day.
