It's that time of year again, approaching Remembrance Sunday, time to remember all those lost in service to their country.

We'll be doing a 5k run on Remembrance Sunday to our local Cenotaph (St. Mary's, Kidderminster) for the 2 minutes silence and Last Post at the service outside, then continuing our run. Mark Kelly
